UMF Compared to MGO

Unfortunately, there are a number of grading systems in use that indicate the relative strengths of your Manuka Honey.  This can be really confusing.  Onuku Premium New Zealand Manuka Honey uses the long established UMF system.  The use of MGO (Methylgloxal content) is also popular.  Here is an easy comparison chart.

UMF 5+ = MGO 83

UMF 10+ = MGO 263

UMF 15+ = MGO 514

UMF 20+ = MGO 829

UMF 25+ = MGO 1123
